30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and undamaged.
- All original tags and, where possible, original packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase and your order number are required.
- Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Email jiahehkgroup@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send a return to the company address shown on the website unless we instruct you to do so.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind or an unsuitable size, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. STYLVER is not responsible for a return parcel lost before it reaches us.
If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos. After verification, STYLVER will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges for international orders. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size or style.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, personalized items and items clearly marked Final Sale cannot be returned, except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective.
