STYLVER ships children’s clothing to customers in the United States and selected international destinations. The delivery estimates below are provided to help you plan your order.
United States Delivery
Orders shipped to the United States are estimated to arrive within 14 days. This estimate includes normal order processing and transit time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During launches, promotions or peak holiday periods, processing may take longer.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information may take additional time to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delivery Delays
The 14-day delivery timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs clearance, severe weather, carrier disruption, remote locations, incorrect addresses and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Address Accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect it.
Duties and Taxes
Any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless they were collected at checkout. Customs requirements may also affect delivery time.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, email jiahehkgroup@gmail.com with your order number and, where relevant, clear photos of the parcel and item.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy before sending an item back.
